She has significant experience in corporate universities, where she has managed strategic projects in coaching, training, and development in France and internationally.

Her passion for talent development and supporting individual and collective transformation has enabled her to approach conflict resolution from different angles. She takes a systemic view of conflict situations to help her clients better understand, prevent, and resolve them.

Cultural Background and Personal Interests

Céline was born and raised in Mauritius. The colors, music, and flavors of her tropical homeland shaped her childhood. She came to France for her higher education and made it her adopted home. She has lived there for over 20 years and started a family. She cultivates the richness of her dual French-Mauritian heritage through a particular taste for world cuisine and literature. To recharge her batteries, she enjoys long walks in the forest or by the sea, depending on where she is.

Conflict resolution style

“My approach to conflict resolution? Stop, breathe, and listen in order to engage in dialogue. I am convinced of the virtues of being fully present to oneself and others in conflict resolution. Ideally, this should be done while immersed in nature and in contact with living things. But in this case, be careful not to get lost on a walk!”
