Acquire a holistic and pragmatic approach to conflict regulation by mastering the four pillars of RED-CR: prevention, diagnosis, regulation and integration.

  • Target audience: HR professionals, managers, consultants, coaches, mediators and lawyers.

  • Duration of training: 4 modules of 3 days each, spaced 6 to 8 months apart for integration and practice.

  • Certification: Participants receive the title of RED-CR Certified Conflict Resolution Expert after completing the four modules and completing a final case study.

PREVENTION

Prevention involves anticipating and defusing conflicts before they escalate. In this module, you will be able to develop proactive strategies to prevent conflicts by encouraging a culture of peer support, structured communication, and legal awareness.

Diagnosis involves correctly identifying and understanding conflict dynamics. Module 2 gives you tools to accurately analyze conflicts, categorize their nature, and determine the best regulatory approach for each situation.

REGULATION

Regulation is about resolving conflicts with the right tools. In this module, you will acquire advanced techniques for resolving conflicts constructively, using both associative and dissociative strategies, as well as exploring the full range of ADR options.

Embedding refers to the sustainable anchoring of conflict management in the organizational culture. Here, you have the opportunity to ensure that conflict management is integrated into company policies, leadership development, and AI-driven analytics.
