Cultural Background and Personal Interests

Coming from a modest background, Solenn has developed a natural ability to navigate between the different strata of society and organizations. This ease enables her to build bridges, adapt her approach and encourage dialogue between different worlds.

In her spare time, Solenn enjoys walking, reading, theater and handicrafts. She also appreciates the simplicity of spending time with family and friends.

Conflict resolution style

“A mixture of curiosity, delicacy and a touch of mischief. I like to see tensions as knots: some can be undone with a little gentleness, others require a solid dose of creativity (my word as a knitting fan!). Whether in a professional setting or around a family table that's a little too lively, I like to put my ears in “universal translator” mode and “change my glasses” to discover the reality of others.”
