Cultural Background and Personal Interests

Born in France, Oriane spent 13 years in Japan, where she deepened her passion for cultural differences and the transformative impact of addressing them. She enriched this perspective by overseeing operations in 20 countries, from Latin America to the Middle East.

An explorer at heart, she finds inspiration in travel and cinema, always looking for new ways to understand the world .

Conflict resolution style

“My approach to conflict? A cocktail of deep listening, cross-cultural sensitivity, and the occasional metaphor to make things happen. I view conflict as friction that drives growth—an inevitable part of human interaction that, when managed well, leads to stronger relationships and smarter decisions. It’s a bit like crossing Shibuya Crossing during rush hour: it’s a bit overwhelming and chaotic at first, but with the right mindset, everyone finds their way. Unless, of course, you stop in the middle to check your phone. In that case, all is lost!”
