Professional Experience
With over 15 years' international experience in management positions in the energy industry, Fabiola turned her career to corporate coaching in 2013.
Her coaching background includes extensive experience in corporate training in relational intelligence to address tensions and prevent conflict. As an executive and conflict coach, she has worked in a variety of fields, including energy, banking, industry and associations. She designs collaborative strategies that give power back to the team in managing their conflicts.
With a particular affinity for narrative and co-development techniques, her approach enables teams to once again become the authors of their relational dynamics. Her experience in developing humanistic leadership based on neuroscience and emotional intelligence, as well as her mastery of collaborative facilitation, make Fabiola a major asset in building trust and managing conflict.
Cultural Background and Personal Interests
Born in Costa Rica, Fabiola chose to travel. She has lived and worked in Costa Rica, France, the UK and Brazil. Her cross-cultural background and vision form an integral part of her approach to conflict resolution.
Today, based in Paris, she is passionate about art and urban walks. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, meditation and yoga. She also pursues professional reflection through her writing and her podcast Je résiste donc existe.
