Professional Experience
An engineer by training, Fabrice Mézières has a background as a management and organization consultant in a consulting firm and then within a large French banking group, with expertise in operational excellence and support for cultural transformations. Trained in professional coaching at HEC in 2012, then in supervision at Undici in 2022, he supports executives and managers in particular on subjects of assertiveness and leadership. He is accredited as a Senior Practitioner and ESIA EMCC Global. His signature: an approach rooted in meditative practices, enriched with expertise in self-knowledge tools, which promotes the sharing of maps and bridges, to do with difference rather than in spite of difference.
Cultural Background and Personal Interests
Born in Germany to parents who had expatriated to Bavaria, Fabrice grew up in France with the desire to develop a cultural openness, which he enriched through varied professional experiences, notably in the world of finance, in London or New York, and also in the diversity of companies, from start-ups to large groups, supported as a consultant and then professional coach.
Sport has also contributed to enriching this view, with martial arts - a black belt in Taekwondo obtained with humility, self-control and discipline, or even running and a dozen marathons run in different countries, punctuated by encounters with human beings, all gathered in their will and their vulnerability, whatever the stopwatch at the finish line.
Conflict Regulation Style
"My approach to conflict? A reassuring physical anchor, which allows the expression of emotions, needs and feelings, in a modeling way... and also pedagogy, to present new paths, by reminding that we can agree... that we do not agree. A first step towards resolution?"
