Conflict Regulation Style
"My favorite way to resolve conflicts? Taking the parties involved to an Italian café. Many years of experience in Milan lead me to think this way; it's a great way to get out of the office and into an informal, neutral area. It's fun to sit outside in a square and get to know each other as human beings, learn more about each other and find common ground."
